Gumbo Wars is a Cajun-style charity block party held in Downtown Sanford, bringing the community together for incredible food, friendly competition, and a great cause.

Guests enjoy all-you-can-eat gumbo tastings from local cooking teams and vote for their favorite recipes while supporting youth fishing education programs.
